The attic now is full of cobwebs The rafters broken and bent And in some forgotten corner are stuffed the faded photographs Of a long dead starlet Hands of a djinn, voices of a siren Glass eyes that shine like new With the black and white simplicity Of an age when roses bloomed

| Name: Nori What's that? You wish to know about me? Well... I write poems about nothing short of everything (yes, that includes duct tape). I prefer writing in longhand than by computer. I cannot tolerate poor grammar. I like to rush outside in lingerie and sing and preform wild dances to the full moon. I annoy my English teachers because everything I turn in is written with British English grammar and spelling instead of American English. I believe that Play-Dough is not only a wonderful childhood plaything, but the solution to world hunger. I add destinations to my travel list more often than most people go through tooth brushes. I practically live at the movie theatre. When I'm not camping out in the Cinemark bathroom, I'm camping out at my second home, the Texas Renaissance Festival (where I work during faire time) I love Irish drinking music. And I have a cat the runs my life. In short - I'm a very curious creature. Very, very curious. But don't be afraid, I don't bite...hard. |
